Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Sparc Artspace we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Sparc Artspace does not refund for a change of mind or cancellations after a booking is made and payment is processed.
If a class is cancelled by Sparc Artspace:
If we need to cancel a class, all customers and students who were booked in will receive a credit note. This can be used to enrol in another class at a time that suits you.
If a class is cancelled by a customer:
You may choose from the following options if you need to cancel:
You may request to transfer enrolment to a sibling or friend, free of charge.
If cancellation is 14 days or more before the class, you can be provided with a credit note for a future class.
No refund is given for classes missed prior to the date the cancellation is made, we encourage customers to attend the classes they have paid for as we do not refund for these lessons.
Holiday Program changes and cancellations:
If you need to cancel or make changes to a booked Holiday Program day, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date. We will provide you with a credit note that can be used for any future Holiday Program. If it is within 14 days, you may transfer the holiday program day to any eligible sibling / friend up to 48 hours prior to the start date. Please advise us as soon as possible.
Birthday Party changes and cancellations:
If you need to cancel or make changes to a booked Birthday Party, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will provide you with a credit note that can be used for future Birthday Parties.
Late cancellations and no-shows:
Please understand that for any classes, including private bookings, Birthday Parties and the Holiday Program, late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credit notes.
How to proceed with a cancellation:
For class cancellations or changes, please contact us via email to request a transfer, cancellation, or credit note. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and flexibility for both Sparc Artspace and our valued participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Medical / Illness:
We are not obliged by law to give any refund in this situation. A medical certificate is to be attached to the Refund Form. A credit will only be given (for the classes not attended) if the participant has missed 3 weeks of classes or more. Any less than this, the customer may book courtesy make-up classes (if available).
Merchandise:
Refunds or exchanges are offered on merchandise as long as they remain in original packaging, unworn or merchandise which was damaged at the time of purchase.
