creativity starts with curiosity

Creative school holiday programs in Hobart designed for children who love art, sensory play, building and imaginative making.

No templates.
No perfect examples to copy.
No “stay inside the lines.”

Just real materials, open-ended ideas,
and the freedom to create.

Sparc holiday workshops are immersive creative experiences filled with painting, clay, construction, sensory play and open-ended art making.

Each school holiday program is designed to encourage curiosity, creativity and confidence through themed art experiences that allow children to experiment freely and create in their own way.

session flow

  • Children settle into the space through gentle invitations to play, sensory materials and creative exploration.

  • Thoughtfully designed creative experiences encourage painting, building, experimenting and hands on making in an open ended way.

  • Children move freely between materials and ideas, following their curiosity and creative process at their own pace.

  • A calm wrap up to reflect, share creations and transition out of the session together.

School holiday sessions are held in Kingston Beach at the Kin Creative Space, behind the Kingston Beach Community Hall.

While children explore, create and play, parents are able to stay or be nearby enjoying a coffee or catching a moment for themselves a local cafe.
