By booking a Sparc Artspace class, workshop, holiday program, birthday party or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be made through Sparc Artspace and are subject to availability.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

By booking a Sparc Artspace program, you agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Supervision

Mini Makers & Kinder Art

Mini Makers and Kinder Art sessions are parent or caregiver accompanied.

A responsible adult must remain with and actively supervise their child throughout the session.

One adult may supervise a maximum of two children.

Sparc Club & Holiday Programs

Sparc Club and Holiday Workshops are drop-off sessions.

Parents or guardians must provide current emergency contact information and remain contactable throughout the session.

Children must be collected promptly at the advertised finish time.

Behaviour & Participation

Sparc Artspace is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.

Children are encouraged to respect others, care for materials and participate safely.

Where behaviour places a participant, facilitator or other attendees at risk, parents or guardians may be contacted and asked to collect their child.

Clothing & Personal Belongings

Art can be messy.

Please dress participants in clothing suitable for painting, sensory play and creative exploration.

While reasonable care is taken, Sparc Artspace accepts no responsibility for damage to clothing, footwear or personal belongings.

Photography & Media

By attending Sparc Artspace programs, families acknowledge that photography and video may be captured in accordance with our Photography & Media Policy.

Consent preferences collected during registration will always be respected.

Child Safety & Wellbeing

Sparc Artspace is committed to providing safe, inclusive and supportive environments for children.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions, additional support needs and emergency contacts.

Program Changes

Sparc Artspace reserves the right to:

  • Adjust session content

  • Change venues

  • Substitute facilitators

  • Reschedule or cancel programs where required

Where changes are necessary, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
